The Roof Management Program is a comprehensive preventative maintenance program that adequately extends the service life of the existing roof system. It is an interactive program that allows the building owner to determine the level of involvement from Paragon. We are available to run the whole program, including semi-annual inspections, repair design, construction and inspection of the repairs to verification of the completed repairs.

In our roles as roof consultants, we have studied numerous roof systems worldwide in an effort to better understand why roof systems fail and the best methods and materials to use on a commercial roof.

As a result of many years of research and findings, we have determined that in most cases proper roof maintenance can extend the service life of a roof system.  This research has led to the development of our patented “Roof Management Program”. The intent of the “Roof Management Program” is to extend the service life of existing roof systems.  In this Single Source Program, we direct the roofing dollars where they will do the most good and give you a clear and verifiable system of allocating the money that you are spending on roofs. 

The Paragon Roof Management Program provides services in the following areas:

• Annual or semi-annual maintenance inspections to determine existing conditions and to identify irregularities and concerns.

• Recommended courses of action for repairing any problems that we detect during our inspection; including design specifications.

• Verification of completed repairs.

• A five-year budget for maintenance, repair and life extender services on all roof areas.
